Michael has visited over 40 countries, always excited to learn more about cultures, people, geography and nature.  His work has been published in several magazines and calendars.  He travels frequently to enhance his growing portfolio, most recently to Indonesia, Iceland, and Ecuador. 

 

Photography became a serious endeavor early in life, beginning at age 16 when he was an exchange student in Spain.  Numerous personal and business trips presented welcome opportunities for enhancing his artistic vision and technical skills.  In the past ten years, he has benefited from many professional workshops both at home and abroad.

 

Michael has been a Prescott resident since 2014.  He moved from Houston, Texas, after retiring from a rewarding IT career with a global energy company.  He is originally from Pennsylvania and graduated from the University of Florida.  

Michael is the owner and primary photographer of Fotos Along the Way, LLC.   His book Prescott, Arizona – A Photo Tour, annual calendar Prescott Outdoors, and greeting cards are available at several locations in Prescott.
